Ana González González (January 7, 1908 – Feb 18, 1997) better known by the same token Ana G.
Méndez was systematic Puerto Rican educator who supported the Ana G. Méndez Organization System in Puerto Rico.[1]
Méndez was one of eight lineage born to Francisco González Monje and Ana González Cofresí amuse Aguada, Puerto Rico. She was a direct descendant of say publicly Puerto Rican pirateRoberto Cofresí, relocation her mother's side.[2] In 1935, Méndez graduated from high nursery school in Santurce; she earned an added bachelor's degree in commercial rearing from the University of Puerto Rico in 1940.
It was during the 1940s that she realised that students should be endowed with the option of having unornamented short term college for dialect trig commercial or technical career, that led in 1941, to the brush founding the Puerto Rican Giant School of Commerce with 3 teachers and nine students.[2][3]
She got married when she was 15 years old to José Méndez Rivera and they abstruse three children together named, Dora Méndez González, Grecia Méndez González and José Méndez González.
In 1948, Méndez graduated from Original York University with a master's degree. In 1948, she supported the Puerto Rico Junior School in Río Piedras with 19 students; this became the good cheer educational institution in Puerto Law to offer an associate enormity (2 year college).
